TNT Innight offers in night express services for business customers. The company has a Europe-wide distribution network at its disposal. In total, the company delivers 110,000 parcels a day in Germany alone, were the company is the market leader. TNT Innight was created when TNT acquired NET Nachtexpress and NVS Nacht Verteiler Service in the 1990s. Outside Germany, TNT Innight operates in Austria, Benelux, Denmark, Switzerland, Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic and, most recently, the UK. It has a Europe-wide distribution network of 68 branches, 23 of which are in Germany, and employs 1,300 people, 1,000 of them in Germany. Through its direct road network, shipments are transported through the night, with deliveries within Germany guaranteed the same night by 7am, and in the rest of Europe by 8am.

What makes the service so special is that the deliveries take place during the night to individually agreed delivery points. Goods are delivered before the start of the working day so, when the recipient starts his duty, he will find, for example, his spare part in the company safe or in the assembly hall. Customers can choose from a number of delivery options and additional services, including a Return Service, personal drop-offs and Customs clearing assistance.

Depending on the customer’s industry background, TNT Innight has created optimised 'service packs' for the automotive, high-tech, engineering, life science and agricultural technology fields. So, for example, a mechanic could find the part he ordered beside the lifting platform, unpacked and ready for mounting, when he enters the garage in the morning.
