Quality / EFQM
Top quality of service takes first priority at TNT Innight. Business Excellence, the main key word in the EFQM quality management model, is the standard set by TNT Innight's management and organisation for its services.
In order to continuously improve the quality of work and customer satisfaction, new quality plans containing specific measures are issued and put to practice every year. And of course TNT has its internal standards audited by externals. The ISO 9001:2000 certification was extended by another three years in October 2006. TNT Innight was initially certified under ISO 9001 in 1994.
EFQM / Business Excellence
EFQM stands for "European Foundation for Quality Management". The keyword in its quality management model is 'Excellence'. It describes the most effective methods of managing an organisation and achieving results based on eight fundamental concepts that reinforce and partially depend upon each other.
